I ordered the Daisy pizza and a root beer float for delivery, and I'm very disappointed with how my order arrived. I specifically requested the pizza be extra crispy, not burnt, but it was burnt. My root beer float was also missing the ice cream, so it was just a root beer. On top of that, the delivery driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. They simply left the order at my door and drove away.

Delicious. Great options. Crust is doughy at thick but soft. Perfect. Beer, wine and gelato too!

I wish I had gone there first. Was in Bismarck to tag along with my wife who had gone there for work. First day, I tried the well know restaurant in the old hotel. It was a living piece of history but found the food not be of my taste given that almost all the items were sweet. Thankfully the hanger steak was done perfect (med rare), but the sweet appetizer like walleye fingers and salmon had set a distracting tone. Next day, tried the well know diner and the beef was disappointing. It was roast beef with no texture to it. On the third day, while on the way to the airport decided to give Bismark downtown one more shot and I am so glad I did. The shroom pizza with added goat cheese was a winner and absolved the previous two days of wrongs:-) It was immediately clear that we were in for a treat when I read they ferment the dough for 48 hours…exactly right time. Next as I was looking for espresso, they even offered Ristretto, another good sign. The gelatos, a set of three scoops finished of the email to perfection. I tried cream cheese, pistachio and salted caramel and I am not sure if I can choose one over the other. Perfectly hand made gelatos that were a delight for the tastebud

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in Bismarck. The shroom is my go to, but all the pizzas I’ve tried are amazing. The staff has always been super friendly and I love the atmosphere. They are always playing good tunes and it’s a great place to just have a bite and chill out.

The pizza was drop-dead delicious, with a soft but crunchy crust, and the salad was crisp and tasty. I loved the style here. The water in a wine glass and the interior building was very nice. Waitress reminded me of a classmate I had a while back, she was very kind and friendly to us. I liked that we could see the pizzas being cooked in front of us. Felt like home when my dad used to cook homemade pizzas in his oven. Great pizza! Loved it here, thanks for this!! 🍕🥗🤤
